Stage 1 of the 2026 Le Tour de Langkawi spans 193km from Shah Alam to Kampar, offering a fast and exciting opening to the race. The route crosses the flat plains of Selangor before entering the gently rolling terrain of Perak, passing through a blend of urban areas, plantations and rural communities. While there are no major climbs, the long distance, tropical heat, rolling roads and potential crosswinds will test riders’ endurance and teamwork, setting the stage for a likely bunch sprint finish in Kampar.
