Stage 4 takes the peloton on a challenging 140.1km journey from Meru Raya to Cameron Highlands, marking the beginning of the race’s decisive mountain phase. After rolling through the roads of the Kinta Valley, riders face the demanding ascent from Tapah to Tanah Rata, where sustained gradients and continuous elevation gain will test both endurance and climbing prowess. As the race’s second hilltop finish, this stage is expected to create significant time gaps among the general classification contenders while rewarding the strongest climbers.
