The route heads south through the rolling landscapes of Selangor and Negeri Sembilan, favouring the sprinters while still offering opportunities for breakaway riders on the undulating terrain. With fatigue from the previous climbs lingering in the peloton, teamwork and race tactics will be crucial as the fast men target a bunch sprint finish in Rembau.
